We are a world wide product sourcing company managing global sourcing requirements for multinational clients. We are currently looking for highly qualified professionals to fill the following positions in our Indonesia Representative Office.

IT HELPDESK (Jakarta base)

Job Accountabilities
  • Check & Ensure that Antivirus is up to date
  • Check & Ensure that Daily Backup operation is working normally
  • Check & Ensure that internet & email communication working normally
  • Defrag PC as needed
  • Clean temporary files as needed
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software problems listed above
  • Monthly reporting: to describe software and hardware problems and solution
  • Update inventory list as needed
  • Technology and solution update: provide input for technology in order to support system run effectively, efficient & safe
  • Support for another internet facility, such as intranet
  • Support for teleconference / video conference by use Polycom
  • Support HR&GA handle fingerprint & telephone unit headset
  • Support QA team for smartphone utilities
  • Handle the daily backup operation for the MIS Server only. All the other backups are automated and are monitored by Corp IT
  • Provides frontline support to end users on the popular business applications such as Microsoft Office/ Outlook
  • Provide Windows and software installation and configuration on users' computers
Job Requirements
  • Minimal two years relevant working experience.  
  • Work independent with minimal supervision.
  • Holder of Microsoft Certified Professional or Microsoft Office Specialist is preferable.
  • Good command of spoken and written English
